We believe that Eastridge Elementary provides our diverse learning community with a strong sense of identity and global awareness through a common appreciation of the experiences, cultures, and languages of our staff and students.

 We believe that our students have a depth of potential to offer society.  We expect our students to be productive, caring, and responsible as we prepare them for success beyond high school and into the workforce.

 We believe that every child is a part of the Eastridge Elementary community representing his/her own culture and family, yet maintaining the rights and responsibilities of an individual.  We believe, as highly qualified educators, we are empowered to teach the child and extended community.
